The Design Process

We believe that great design should be accessible and enjoyable. That’s why we make the process simple, fun and tailored to your project, whether big or small. From the first idea to the final product, we’re with you every step of the way to ensure you’re thrilled with the result.

  • We start by discussing your project in detail. This is your chance to share your ideas, goals and inspiration. Whether you have a clear vision or need some creative guidance, we’re here to help shape the direction of your design. From preferred colours and styles to specific content, we’ll gather all the details needed to kick off the project.

  • Next, our skilled in-house designer begins crafting your project. With years of experience and a BA (Hons) in Graphic Design, they’ll create concepts tailored to your needs. These designs are shared as digital proofs, giving you a clear preview of the work.

  • Once the initial design is ready, we’ll send you a digital proof to review. This is an important step where we encourage you to carefully proofread all text, ensuring that spelling, punctuation and details like names, phone numbers, emails and addresses are correct. While we do our best to highlight and correct any errors, the final responsibility lies with you, the customer. We also ask that you confirm you have the rights to reproduce any images, logos or artwork you provide. If there’s anything that needs tweaking, let us know - we’re happy to refine the design until you’re 100% satisfied.

    Please note, digital proofs may not fully represent the final product’s colours, as slight variations can occur. This step ensures everything looks just right before moving forward.

  • Once you’ve reviewed and approved the proof, we’ll move forward with production. At this stage, payment is required in full before we begin. We’ll make any final adjustments and prepare the design for production or digital use.

    Following approval and payment, we proceed with bringing your design to life, ensuring it meets the highest standards of quality. Your beautifully crafted design will then be delivered, ready to impress.

  • Even after the project is complete, we’re here to support you. Whether you have questions or are ready to start a new project, we’re always available to help.
